June is Self-Improvement Month on Rhode Island PBS

Sometimes it's just making simple changes to menus and movements that make all the difference in sustaining happy, healthy living. To help you get there, you are invited to tune in to some outstanding self-improvement specials in June on Rhode Island PBS.
