    I still cannot believe we are discussing whether tolls are a good idea. We have the 2% needed in the budget to fix the roads without tolls. We just need to cut some corporate welfare and prioritize spending. Nagle hit the nail on the head when she said its the "bonding industrial complex". She is correct, its a business and more welfare to Wall Street. The Republican Policy Group's Bridgeworks Plan pays for the roads and provides more money sooner with no welfare to the Wall Street banks.
